Group Classes: Sweat, Sculpt & Smile
HiiT & LiiT
These classes are taught progressively so that they are both accessible and challenging. They involves periods of high intensity exercises interspersed with lower intensity recovery periods, LiiT is still high intensity but low impact.

Circuit Class & Dumbbell Cardio
My Strength Training Classes are my way of making personal training more accessible to people through a small group environment. These classes incorporate strength training with cardio work to build strength and tone as well as burning fat.

Saturday 8:00am - 8:45am HiiT, Saltdean Lido
45 minute classes cost £7
60 minute classes cost £10
